A diamond shaped jewelry inspiration post that has to do with the geometric trend, not real diamonds.

For lovers of geometric jewelry, I’ve got another shape to share and it takes the form of a diamond, the kind you see from a stack of playing cards. It’s like two triangles joined together with both of the pointy bits facing the opposite sides. I don’t know why I bother to describe the shape when in reality, you’d have seen them immediately. Such a genius, not.

Symbolically, this particular diamond shape is associated with the birth canal and thereby signifies the creation of life. The four sides symbolize creativity arising from the combination of earth, fire, air and water.

As a word of caution – when someone says they love diamonds, don’t tell you’re getting them a diamond jewelry if you’re actually getting bling in the shape of a diamond of this kind – you’ll break their hearts. But if they’re a fan of geometric shaped adornment, then go ahead – use this as a guide or a quick bling inspo.
