Dark Floral Dresses For Your Mellow Autumn

For those who are ready to greet the delightfully mellow season of autumn in something muted but not totally devoid of prints, there is a dark floral trend in dresses for you to try so you may blend with the season’s more mellow colors.

With backgrounds of black rendered in splashes of blooms in minimalist grey, cream or white; or in deep jewel tones, the floral print dress trend for the season is broody, and even mysterious. I love me some monochromatic prints, but couple it with deep reds, navy blues and mustard yellow, I’m bound to squeal as I find dark florals supremely wearable especially if you are not comfortable in out-there hues.

As my very first dress of the year was picked in a print of black and white, I think I’m ready to dive a little bit more into autumnal rich colors and the autumn-monsoon-worthy frock list which I’m about to share with you will show you the kind of dark floral theme I’m currently into.

If you love dresses and want to see what the offerings are available right now in colors that are complementary to the season’s winding down mood, I hope the list below will give you a few ideas or two on the style of dresses you might want to try out, yourself!

Weird fact about me: The only two times I’ve ever been slapped right in the face for reasons that completely was unknown to me occurred just a few days back (by a random stray boy of about 5) and many, many years ago, when I was about 6/7 by a cousin who was developmentally-challenged. I hate sudden slaps and hope to never be the recipient of another one ever again. For now, I shall avoid children and will not bear them!

So, what do you think about my broody dark floral dress list? Is there a dress style you would like to try? Share below – I really want to know!

Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns. George Eliot
