Fashionista NOW: How To Wear Floral Dresses With Flats?

Because who needs heels when flats are so major now. How to style floral dresses and flats together. Let’s find out!

There shall come a time on a one fine, mildly drizzly day when your feet will realize that flats can be all you need and you won’t miss the darn heel. I admit I walk like a drunken clown in high heels and will refuse any opportunity to don them as my feet are such rebels.

Ultimately, it all boils down to preference and what one was influenced by in those green times. In my most impressionable years, I grew up during a grunge phase and sneakers were the major footwear phenomenon. Even though my mom gracefully walked (and still do) in a pair of heels (dainty and chunky) and friends embraced the heel, I felt no such need to even check them out in the shoe section. I still run straight for the oxfords and brogues and maybe loafers, on a day when they look less boring.

Since the heat is hiking up or plateauing in certain parts of the world, it’s now time to be wearing cute dresses with blooms. You know, just so we can all mirror blessed Mother Nature, which is a beauty no matter the season. Now, pair the dress with flats and breeze through the door as the birds sing.

For a quick style inspo on how the ladies are wearing their floral dresses and flats, be sure to eyeball the looks as per usual. Enjoy!
