Halloween is near; you can feel it in the crisp air. Hardcore fans argue that is a lifestyle where dressing creepy is the only way to go. Whichever way you roll, allow us to unveil a few dark outfit ideas to wear come the Allhalloween.
I can’t help but to love Halloween. While it is not officially celebrated in Malaysia as a holiday, it is in my mind. With the American Horror Story running its new freaky season and The Walking Dead back on with a bang, the mood is set for the morbid.
Without further ado, I’ve scoured a few spookbooks that express the kind of darkness that is a must in any Halloween looks (for me) where there is a remix of the modern witch, demented zombie and gothic vampire. All of it can be rendered subtle minus the ghastly face makeup for daytime:

“It’s said that All Hallows’ Eve is one of the nights when the veil between the worlds is thin – and whether you believe in such things or not, those roaming spirits probably believe in you, or at least acknowledge your existence, considering that it used to be their own. Even the air feels different on Halloween, autumn-crisp and bright.” — Erin Morgenstern

Yay for Halloween inspired outfits! I love how so many fashion bloggers play with make up and the clothing articles that they already have to make something so beautiful and creepy for a “casual” Halloween outfit! I have these skeleton leggings that I wore one year for Halloween, and I painted half my face into a skeleton skull which was so fun! I love Sara’s and Carmen’s outfits. Sara’s layout is so casual and perfect for the fashionistas who don’t want to make a face paint, but Carmen’s looks stunning with the face paint on! Sorry I haven’t posted or read your articles in a while! I’ll be catching up with everything tonight, hehe. Hope you’ve been doing well, Shanaz! (:

Sara’s outfit layout and Carmen’s look, like you said are wearable minus any gory face paint. And wow, I’d love to see how you’d dress up creepy this Halloween Diane! I’m happy to see you’re back – no need to apologize as I’m sure you have been preoccupied with school and things we call life. Hehe :) Have a lovely week ahead beautiful! xx
Thanks so much for the feature! Wonderful blog <3 and assortment of looks! "The mood is set for the morbid" was my absolute favorite line. Good stuff. :-*

I am flattered you used a set of mine to feature on this post. Halloween is my favourite holiday, it’s the perfect excuse to throw on all of your black and lacey clothes (which is nearly all of my wardrobe) x
