Fashionista NOW: How To Style Your Sparkly Sequined Party Pants?

Just how does one go about styling a pair of fancy sequin pants? Breathe out a sigh of relief because this post will show you how!

Sequins in general are meant to catch the light and call on to you with their twinkle and sparkle. Popular sequined party pieces include sequin dresses, skirts and even blazers. But what about the pants? What if you’ve found yourself a rare pair of trousers from a thrift store or your grandma’s closet and now wonder if you ought to give the fancy bottom a go. Well, you must!

A pair of sparkly pants are in-your-face loud. Luckily, there are too many style twists to take with such bold pants. Some sequin pants are cut in the relaxed palazzo style and others like your regular pants, only twinkly. Others are cropped, baggy and relaxed like my favorite jogger pants.

The ways to approach sequin pants are endless if you’re not confined to a specific style box.

You can go all out ladylike with delicate separates and your slinkiest heels along the dreamiest frothy pastel hues. You can go the sporty edgy route the way that I am easily partial to. Pair with flowy layered blouse for an unexpected dose of movement and fluidity. Wear the glam pants (bonus points for glittery ripped jeans) super casual with your favorite tee, hoodie and sneakers. Mix it up for a sophisticated sense of styling with a lace blouse and a structured velvet blazer.

You don’t need a party to suddenly slip into a pair of pants awash in sequins. You can make them part of your holiday casual getup when you are feeling sparkly yourself. Without further ado, below you shall find sequin-loving fashionistas in their fancy pants in various outfit interpretations. Enjoy!

Which sequin pants outfit is your favorite? Share below – I’d love to know.
