Be Bold For Change is the theme for the upcoming International Women’s Day. Ladies, are you ready to unveil your boldness? A look at some crown-inspired jewelry for the wonderful women in your lives plus small yet effective ways to incorporate women-empowering habits whenever possible.
The International Women’s Day will be celebrated on March 8th which is in a few days. Celebrate the QUEENs in your life by giving them an old-fashioned phone call to set up a meeting for brunch or you can give them a jewelry gift that is inspired by crowns to tell them they’re slaying it on the throne.
Also, you can give yourself a crown-inspired ring or necklace as a token of self-appreciation! Certainly, jewelry can be nice to wear but to truly embody the spirit of our shared femininity by living a life mindfully empowered as a woman can be as simple as practicing self-compassion directed to yourself and always, checking in with yourself moment to moment.
All around us, there is so many opportunities to share empowered moments with women or girls that we work with or bump into on a daily basis.
Why not utilize a tiny moment in your day to be a loving presence that can add to another woman’s (and girl’s) day as we celebrate Women’s Day? A few things you can do as woman to celebrate the day in small but life-changing ways:
– Take a chance to befriend a woman you find inspiring so you may learn from her life’s journey.
– Take a chance to create a conversation with any woman you feel like engaging with within your vicinity. The topic can be about anything. The main aim is to share a heart-warming moment that will leave both of you feeling good.
– Take a chance to really get to know a young teenage girl just to get curious about what makes her happy, what inspires and motivates her and what might trouble her. Be someone that can unleash a wisdom torch no matter how small because you’ll never know how much of an impact you have, so do it, anyway!
– Of course, remember to share your love with your own family tribe. Have a discussion about women’s rights, how we’ve progressed and the women icons that we look up to while having tea and find ways you can contribute in your city, through any charitable acts you prefer.

You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. — Maya Angelou
