February promises a lot of sunny days and what to wear if you’re aiming to cover the whole leg area that isn’t a skirt but can pass off as one? The answer is palazzo pants!
Malaysians love this wide-legged trouser style and it’s understandable as we are quite the practical lot even as we strive to look our best.
The great thing about palazzo pants, as apposed to a normal straight-leg version that I personally quite approve of is that they make you look like you put an effort even though you just slipped into a pair of flared pants. My favorite way of styling mine is with a sleeveless tank top worn tucked in or left as it is. I find palazzos elongating when you choose them in the right size so that they flatter your individual proportion.
You no longer have to narrowly pair your palazzo with a fitted top or a crop top these days. With street style looks getting more experimental, you can opt for a flare on flare look playing with unique forms of silhouettes. However you choose to wear this flare pants trend, know that you might need a palazzo spruce up and not realize it!
