Fashionista NOW: The High Low Hem Skirt Style Of 2018

The High Low Hem Skirt Style Of 2018

Could it be that the high low hem skirt is sneaking back up into the current fashion scene?

I’m sensing that it is after quite a hiatus in terms of the speed of today’s fashion cycles, that is. If you think back of the very exaggerated high low hem on some of the skirts and dresses in the past, you may find the trend repellent but guess what, the designers are making them highly-appealing for stylish lot like you! The front hem and the back hem are designed in a way that gives you a taste of the high low effect as subtly as possible. Such is the case of the chiffon hi lo skirts that caught my attention and inspired this post.

The midi skirt has a wrap style design, with the front hem at its shortest grazing the top of your knee (this varies according to your height, of course) and the back hem grazing the lowest part of your knee from the back. What makes this skirt extra exciting is the use of chiffon for a beautiful flow, a flared shape that will make you want to twirl, a high-waisted feature that cinches at the small of your curve and the front wrap style.

Available in navy and beige, this skirt can be made yours right now if you so desire to bring back the high low trend into your wardrobe. Enjoy!
