Fashionista NOW : The Long Maxi Skirt Outfit Style Inspiration

What do I wear with this long skirt I have? This post answers your question.

A long skirt or the maxi skirt can be a flattering feminine piece to wear but with the mini and midi skirts mostly taking the closet space of the urban fashionista, one may lose a creative spark when it is suddenly being considered. I’m one of those people who will often pick out a midi over a maxi but perhaps, I will give the long skirt a go this season, if the weather permits.

There’s something effortlessly feminine in a long skirt and if you’re thinking about a silhouette of a top to team it with, I would say. most would instantly opt for a fitted one to go with a long flared skirt.

And when it comes to footwear, a feminine heel would often be the footwear to quickly resign your feet into. But alas, this is 2018 and you can permit yourself to wear your long skirt with shoes that lean more on the casual unisex side, such us your favorite sneakers, cowboy boots, combat boots, loafers and other unusual variety. Tops can be loose, purposely slouchy and don’t be afraid to experiment with layers if it’s chilly where you are.

In any case, I call on to all of us to celebrate the maxi skirt even more in creative outfit pairings. If you’re looking to grab a few quick style inspo, you know what to do, simply scroll away and absorb!

Which long maxi skirt outfit style fits your personal dressing preference? Share below – I’d love to know.
