Fashionista NOW: Casual Minimalist Shoes Made In Indonesia

Casual Minimalist Shoes Made In Indonesia

Don’t you just love everyday shoe styles that go with any outfit and are especially kind to your wallet? I know I do! This post is for the practical shoe-lovers who place comfort and value above everything.

I nearly shrieked (yes, I can get dramatic because it is really hard to find anything my feet want to wear here where I reside) when I saw the shoe collection on FashionValet just hours back. They’re so casually minimalist that my feet practically itch to wear not one but all of them.

My excitement aside, let me introduce you to the shoe brand which I’m just finding out about today.

MKS’ Shoes is a footwear label that is based in Bandung, Indonesia. The label offers casual sandals and everyday shoes that are minimalist and chic, suited for the modern-day fashionista who enjoys dressing sensibly with a focus on remaining comfortable. The Indonesian shoe label believes in creating everyday shoes that can be worn with just about any style out outfit.

I first spotted their tempting sandals on FashionValet and I could feel my feet itching to slip themselves into one or more pair. The prices of these beauties are affordable – currently ranging from RM 159 (USD 36) – RM 179 (USD 41) .

The majority of MKS’ shoes carry a thick sole with some through-and-through platforms. Their beautiful workmanship is self-evident in the images. You can view their up-close shots (on FashionValet) for yourself and swoon. ZALORA Malaysia has them in store but at the moment, they’ve run out of the bigger sizes and I’m kind of mad. Oh well, hopefully they will restock soon. Or else, I’ll bug them.

In any case: For us big-footed gals, fret not, because FashionValet has all the sizes.

Can you see now why I had to stop everything else after spotting these babies? Do you relate, or am I just too easily impressed?

Before you purchase….any of these gorgeous MKS’ shoes, please do yourself a favor and go through their shoe guide.

I found the footwear chart on their Indonesian website and will share it below because the one on FashionValet doesn’t seem to follow their sizing. I despise getting the wrong shoe size and have learned my lesson well.

No one likes getting a wrong shoe size, so it’s important to keep it together even when you’re practically drooling.

Study the guide below before making your order and your feet will thank you later.
