Fashionista NOW: How To Slay The Sweater And Skirt Combo?

Because nothing beats slaying it in a weather-confused wardrobe when temps go erratic.

Just because it’s blinding hot one moment, doesn’t mean the sky won’t pour out its heart when it wants to. The state of the weather in tropical Malaysia is erratic and it is expected. Nature has her own rhythm. If Autumn where you’re at is proving to be a tease and that a bit sun does come out and play, then why not take advantage of the hot-and-cold weather in an OOTD that’s equally temperature-confused.

As I type this sentence in my home office, I am layered up in a hoodie on top while the lower torso is experiencing summer as it’s in khaki shorts.

If the temps proceed in this manner for the next few days, I’m planning to wear a sweater and a skirt just to have a feel of it as it is one combination that I’d like to experience with this season. And to help me (and you) do this hot-and-cold styling effortlessly, I’ve gathered a list of lookbookers who are maestros at keeping it warm on top and cool below to give us a style boost!

Are you excited to try this weather-confused OOTD? Well, let’s do it together! Enjoy drawing inspo from the fashion imagery below and let us take advantage of the fluctuating temps.

Which temperature-confused wardrobe would you be tempted to try out yourself? Share below – I’d love to know!

“Once in a while it really hits people that they don’t have to experience the world in the way they have been told to.”Alan Keightley
