Think neon yellow is hard to wear? Think again as you eyeball our curated looks and realize that you too can wear the cheerful hue!
You don’t need to be fond of the neon fashion trend to wear a bit of neon yellow. Some fluorescent shades are just simply out of my comfort zone but if there’s one that proves to emit a certain wearability, it’s neon yellow or any bright yellow derivatives with or without a tint of lime or the plain highlighter yellow.
Fashion icons that have been spotted wearing bright energetic yellow this year that completely rocked the in-your-face cheerful bright hue include the gorgeous and fashionable Amal Alamuddin and supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio. While the latter wore a traffic-stopping yellow sweater and a pair of high-waisted flared denim, Amal oozed 70s chic in an ensemble that would not work in 99.9 percent of humans, according to Elle Canada — which you can see for yourself here.

“I like people-watching and getting inspiration from the unique people who don’t follow any fashion tides. From 12-year-olds who have full freedom, to 86-year-old ladies with a ton of class.” — Rila Fukushima
