Fashionista NOW: Raffia Sandals For Strong Summer Shoe Game

Raffia Sandals For Strong Summer Shoe Game

Simply stated, these raffia lace-up sandals are ready to take your summer shoe game into the next level.

What is a raffia, you wonder? Let me just simplify it and say that you might already have them in the form of the trendy straw bags and hats.

The natural fibers make for the perfectly breathable material of choice for the summer as you want the sweaty pores of your feet to be able to breathe and if you are into some colors this season to break out of the neutral monochrome rut, then these gorgeous lace-up sandals by OscarAndShades can give you a really great start.

The raffia fibers make up the upper part of the sandal and the ankle straps while the inside and outside of the soles are made of rubber. Craftswomen in Morocco create these sandals by hand using the raffia that comes from Madagascar.

Enjoy looking at your potential summer sandals, girls!
