Fashionista NOW: How To Wear Stripes With Other Prints Fashion Inspiration

Do you own a lot of striped tops? Dust them off from the Narnia of your closet and style them up with other prints! Afraid to look like a mess? You won’t be after reading this!

Stripes in general are a very benign in terms of a print trend. It falls easily into the neutral category especially when it’s in basic black and white or navy and white. For this reason, they are part of aplenty casual to formal ensembles often combined with solid colored separates and almost always with another classic staple, the denim (and chambray). This safe dressing down of stripes — while much loved and ever the fool-proof go-to — may trudge into the predictable terrain.

If you’re up for some print on print experimentation where you can resort to pairing other patterns with your old trusty striped tops that are gathering dust somewhere and that we all know are an all-year-long relevant staple, let us kick it up a notch by finding out what other prints that we can gladly pair with them!

As always, to the roundup of fashion-forward lookbookers for an instant dose of fashion inspiration.
