Fashionista NOW: How To Style Your Pencil Midi Skirt?

Don’t know what top or shoes to wear with a pencil midi skirt? Trust me, you’re not alone. Get clued up here.

I confess I’m not that great when it comes to deciding on a pair of shoes by considering what I’ve worn as my outfit in particularly when it involves a skirt.

I’m that kind of lass who must be in some type of flats or shoes with just the right amount of elevation that don’t involve thin heels because dear world, why on earth would I want to get my feet in that kind of struggle.

So, in my case, I always need help whenever I slip into a skirt and since this piece is on pencil skirt of the midi length, and that I’m all too often happy to slip my feet into my sliders, birkies or some plain old sneakers I have on auto-mode –- I had to check if I’m not the only one.

And if you’re like me with a mindset that thinks of a pencil skirt as kind of somewhat dressy for some reason and hard to walk like a boy while being in one then let us get tame that vibe of the narrow skirt with a few style tips and tricks aided by the Lookbookers below. Enjoy!

Which outfit shows off the pencil midi skirt the way you like best? Share below – I’d love to know!

“Let us not be surprised when we have to face difficulties. When the wind blows hard on a tree, the roots stretch and grow the stronger, Let it be so with us. Let us not be weaklings, yielding to every wind that blows, but strong in spirit to resist.”Amy Carmichael
