Check to see if you’ve got plaid coats in your closet because your cool winter OOTD calls for one.
They’re the outerwear trend to wear in chilly temps for some reason and if compared to a purple coat even though the color is hot for 2018, still has the best chance at being your go-to topper over many types of outfits.
Call it plaid, tartan or the checkered coat, in neutral colors and a long-line construction, there’s a high possibility that you’ll be transported mentally to an era’s past or perhaps not too long ago, as plaid coats have quite the classic appeal to them.
A bit masculine and very unisex, this is a type of coat that will go over pretty femme ensembles creating a delightful contrast and when worn atop the more casual neutral garbs that even guy could wear, will give you a chance to slay that minimalistic urban style.
